This past Saturday my husband, Keith, and I returned home from a fabulous 7-day cruise on Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas, where we visited St. Kitts, St. Thomas, and Cococay.
A HUGE shoutout to our cruise planner, Kevin Streufert, for a fantastic vacation filled with laughs, wonderful memories, experiences, and lots of savings/deals! No pressure or hard sales, ever.
Kevin assisted with hotel, flights, highlighted the best prices, booked our hotel in Miami, and arranged our group transportation from the hotel to the ship terminal.
But wait, there's more. About a week before the trip, he mailed us a booklet consisting of our full itinerary, including hotel info, flights, onboard shows we selected, shore excursions, deck plans, island maps and even a list of names of all the other folks included on this trip.
Kevin also created a group chat for those in the group that wanted to stay in touch while onboard.
On top of all that, when we first booked, he sent us a copy of his very detailed and informative cruise book, that HE authored.He signed it for me in Miami ?
We look forward to our next adventure - Maybe Alaska?

No complaints... you nailed every detail. The excursions were fantastic! The stateroom was perfectly located! Celebrity is most definitely the way to go for us and I will continue to not only recommend it but YOU!!????

This was the best cruise I have been on and I think that was primarily due to Kevin's meticulous attention to detail! He did not miss anything. The group of people he put together were amazingly compatible and we all had a great time; in fact I bet we all get together for another trip. The travel was well planned and shore excursions perfect.
What more can I say...I'll never use another cruise planner because Kevin is without a doubt unbeatable!
